Virus am fought with..

When on January and February here and in valka endured of flu and hospital here closed for visitors are hard to think about this and am begun cared itself with echinacea pills as one pill/day. But we understand that virus is very clever as of mud hands, touching nose or mouth, when everybody sneezing and not stay at home for lie and cure... 

Am visited shop for buy mum s gift and one women sicked visited too and seller wondered about this, but maybe at quest an sneezed and not washed hands am touched my mouth.. but it was been on monday. And on the night am felt ache throat, we could not sure does am sick, maybe of dry air or long talking or pills side effects.. and am though so.., and morning time am very felt bad, voice loosing and coughting brr.. am visited my refrigerator for carmolis drops and very bad taste , but am used on 20 drops for five times/day, on the night drunk a packet as fervex as you can check other with vitamin c, euphedrin and paracetamol.. morning time is 15 february is very harder till appetite bad , weakness and coughting,,, am sure that am in attack for sneezing! Yes fervex used and on the daily time, mum same sicked from me, slept more of throat hurt and sprinkled with iodine!! Am rest also ! Third day am begun used anti cough elixir as of anise, ammonia and licorice, used for tea spoon five times/day! This elixir am drunk within four days! Fifth day am sneezing till floor lol! Used drops nasal but rare very! Stopped used carmolis, mum used as rubbed breast. 

She crushed of dry cough and am bough for her syrup flavamed! Am tired of these  sneezing, crazy nose and hurt, insomnia attacked! Afobazol saves me of two pills for two times in a day! They are prescribing in lupus , search google for answer!  A how to fight these sneezes an remembered our trip in crete as from plus 25 till plus five here are crazy acclimating! Am used sudofed syrup as one tbl sp for three times in a a day and be note are any powders anti flu and cold are not using! 

In the five days am felt better! Thanks god for my knowledge! Father after also sicked and used my remedies too! 

But if you having nose bleedings after virus try to drink a course vitamin as ascorutine.
