Seeds wash, add in enamel dish, add boiling water,boil till evaporating, filter, chop mass,add his in other dish, add boiling water and infuse, infusion received to filter, in liquid phase dilute honey, drink.
200 gr of poppy, 50 gr of honey, one l. of water for poppy cooking, 2 l. of water for infusing.

 Butomus drink.
Dried and fried roots chop, add in dish enamel, add hot water is on every two tea.sp. of powder is glass of hot water, infuse for two hours,filter,dilute honey and 80 gr of honey is on an every one l. of infusion, use cool.

Onopodium drink.
Flowers of baskets and fl. calendula cook in one l. of water,add in enamel dish, filter,dilute honey, use as cold.
10 baskets flowers of onopodium, 2 fl. of calendula, 100 gr of honey, one l. of water.

Cow berry tea.
Leafs cook in enamel dish of hot water, infuse 12 minutes, dilute honey,use.
3 tbl.sp. of leafs, 3 tbl.sp. of honey for an every one l. of water.
