In enamel dish put 3 l. of the hot water,dilute honey, keep at room for day, mixing as and foam removing boiling for three times,add humulus, spices, boil 15 minutes, filter in clean wood pot, cool,add yeasts,close, keep in cold for two weeks, add in bottles,close,keep till use on cold.
one kg white honey, 3 l. of water, 40 gr of humulus, 0.5 glass of yeasts, pink, cinnamon, cardamon, mint, and etc spices.
Boiled raspberry sbiten.
And same to cook honey,after add raspberry juice, and flax bag with spices,cook on weak fire for hour, cool, add yeasts, close, keep on cold are 2 weeks, filter,add in bottles,close, keep in cold till use.

National sbiten.
Cook same honey,and add humulus, Cinnamon, boil on weak fire for 3 hours, filter in clean dish, cold use.

All components of recipe as not yeasts add in enamel pot. Mix, cook for hour, cool, add in clean wood pot, dd yeasts, not closing infuse are 12 hours in warm place for fermenting.,close pot, keep in cold,use cold.
6 l. of honey kvass, 6 l. of weak braga, 0.5 kg of honey, 100 gr meal s vinegar, 20 gr of ginger, 6 gr calgan root, 0.5 glass of liquid yeasts.
