These exercises you can doing at bed.
Everyday are on 15 minutes.
1.Lie is on the spine, hands under head, knee bended, rise a top body part, left hand stretch to the knee, repast with a right hand , and all are 16 times.
2.Same pose, rise head and left leg, body turn to the left, try with elbow touch a knee, return back, repeat on every day and so are to 16 times.
3.On breathe out rise head, left hand stretch to left feet, for a floor along, elbow right is goes up, left shoulder down, body roll to the left, return back, and repeat with a right hand, repeat are 10 times.
