As better using cereals are of whole and non manufacturing kinds, but they are a small parts of your ration, as and always with a good greens quantity and raw vegetables are not with other proteins such meat,fish, curd, nuts, bean, as and whole milk with brands ,washed,dried and grinded as right away before serving,adding to the vegetable salad, and macaroons, baked, noodles,cakes,pies, cookies are empty calories and diseases sources, but you cannot to leave theirs, thus add are vegetables fresh, which are on three times more.
