As here are exercises complexes are good in spondiloarthritis.
1.Lie on the spine, hand crossed, put on the neck for two minutes to vibrate and swing with an all body,imitating ,like fish in water moving.
2.Lie on the spine, under head put pillow,stretch hands and legs, for three minutes are waving in different sizes, shake.
3.As lie on the spine, hands are on the breast, open palms, connect fingers pillows, press theirs on each other and relax, as after connect fingers, put on the belly, and draw as to top and down,as same with a fists doing.
4.As lie on the spine, rise legs up, connect feet's and move legs for the top and down.
5.As lie on the belly, connect hands in a lock on the coccyx, try on this pose to rise head, breast, legs.
As doing exercises are for two times ,slowly rising,beginning from 5 sec, time for gymnastic slowly rising,as after intensive two week course for diet with gymnastic and herbs patients are feeling better.
