As squeeze for fingers hands faster and squeeze out.
Turn wrists in both sides as in raw wrist joint.
Wrists are throw up with straightened fingers as to bend in left and right, front-back.
Are for elbow joints.
As elbow and shoulder joints are not moving, hanging hands, elbows are free ,like on the hinges doing as oscillation moves.
Are for shoulder joints.
Hands down free, turn to the frontal plane before itself till heaviness in wrist feeling, training alternately are both shoulders, every hand turn on clockwise,after back .
Are for feet s.
Stretch toe on itself and from, as doing are small oscillation moves, as steps from a leg on the legs, on external sides of feet s, on inside, on fingers, heels.
Alternately with every an feet doing turning in both sides are moves.
Are for knee joints.
Stay, strengthened shoulders, as shake knees, circle moves with as in inside ,and after out, as wrists of hands are on the knees, like helping for moves.

Legs move to the side on 90 degrees, and doing light oscillation move,try to rise corner, and walk on straightened legs,supporting on an all feet and just with pelvis working.
