Yes,leaves of nettle are rich of vitamins C, ferrum, they are strenthening immunity, and useful in anemia, but in adults with a high blood coagulation, hypertension, atherosclerosis, pregnancy, are avoiding.
Berries infusions are whole strengthening effects having, tone, just use as alternately, not at the same time.
