As in glaucoma doing these are benefit exercises.
Vertical slip.
Slowly move look up and down, back for 6 times, this exercise repeat for 4 time with rests on four sec.
As horizontal slip.
Not force, transfer look to the left and right, and back, eyes are stronger to the side deflecting, head not turning, repeat exercise for three times.
Calm rings.
Calm rings doing with eyes a few, head not turn, as with a look catching are surrounding items as on clockwise after against.
As speed sight.
As take pen or pencil, or direction finger, and keeping vertically, as end of the pen, or hand, pencil finding on the distance approximately on 25 cm, as fix look on the end of pen on a few sec, as after transfer on any big item, as far from you on 3.5 metre, delay with look on this item, as after look on the pen, repeat exercise for ten times, after close eyes, rest for ten sec, as doing again exercises with intervals on ten sec, try to rise speed slowly, as doing this exercise you need to remember as and pen,and far away item as to see a very clear, as speed sight you can change on the exercise with a mark on the glass/will share/.....
