As many of us are having insomnia, a, feeling recently this same, as on 23.00 at bed am not feeling to sleep, and turning till 2.00 am, as on a morning my mood is bad, therefore I begun search all methods for cure, am not interested in using chemo, and am done this, I am fought insomnia.
As am stopped eaten for night, am read,that are caffeine, or cacao are tone drinks, drink better is kefir and eat fruits, am drunk infusion of mint, oregano and cypress as one part of mint piperine, oregano, cypress as chop, mix, as one tbl.sp.adding in 0.5 l. for hot water, infuse,closing for 30 minutes, filter, use one glass for the night,.Also am drunk my favourite tea of green or black in pinch of mint, as this tea helps in headache, which are stopped in 15 minutes.
As also good helps is valeriana,as one tbl.sp. of chopped root adding in glass of cold water, infuse for 8 hours,filter, use one tbl.sp. for three times/day.
or one tbl.sp roots adding in glass for hot water, boiling for 15 minutes on water bath, infuse for ten minutes, filter, use one tbl.sp. for three times/day
Also am not watched tv, am listened my lovely music,she is romantic, as calmed me after work, am taken warm bath with foam or salt, just for two times/week, for ten minutes lie in her.
As changed in my room are curtains on a dark colour,they was been are light, as night atmosphere created.
And take care in over dosage for valeriana you are getting sleepiness, apathy, work capacity low, and strong tea will delay sleep!
