Yes, we are running, doing exercises, am wake up on 6.00 am, feeling good, more is not for me, everyday doing exercise, till 55 years run on far places on any weather, year, after in my hard leg injury am avoided, as today my physic form supporting with a few times/week doing yoga for an hour, and one one time/week, and how in your faculty playing in volleyball, as am feeling,that a life is mobility, keeping weight in norm, if added two kg,am limiting in meal, as within 40 years in my 170 am having 72 kg.
And in meal, you are having limits.
Last two years am not eating fried, every year eating stewing, raw vegetables,fruits,after lunch is sleep, where after waking up as energy and forces with, am not smoking,tried at army, not enjoyed.
