As one day my gums are bleeding, as one day after surgery time at hospital a medical assistance applied on gums wetted pads in liquid, as i kept in mouth for 15 minutes, as in a few days bleeding stopped,as she answered me as helped me as infusion of nettle.
As in this disease am filled jar with nettle on fresh as summer, on winter is dried, added hot water, closed infused till cooling, filtered, as added his in mouth, kept for 20 minutes,spited out, or swallowed, as cured for three times/day, in a three days bleeding stopped.
As on a school time when am worked ad teacher my spine hurt as after helped to move a piano, as at hospital physiotherapy not helped,as doctor advised me to put on bed a board or plywood,as am slept on her, in three days aches stopped, as in ache an ready for plywood as 90 on 50 cm, as an importance they are not bended, on a top thin blanket put, as not hard feeling, lie for 4 hours a few times/day, in 4 days aches stopped.as this method helps in spine aches after work.
