You know,that a few drinks as caffeine, sweet,gas are poisons of artificial colours, therefore you drink a vital water till 1.5 l./day, water is having cooking methods as coral, melted, silicone, am will share it, but at home you can cook a vital water of peels at home birds chicken, as cook right, not by one of my patient done, she cooked  a flour of peel, added in meal, as not benefit this is, just minerals in flour are not absorbing by organism, as for a right transferring theirs to ion form.
