1.Stay in Tadasana.
2.Bend left leg in knee, and catch a toe of left feet with hand left, right hand rise up, for palm addressed to front.
3.Doing calm not deep breathe in, and delay breath, on a delay after breathe in bend left hand in elbow joint, try to rise left leg is higher.
4.Keep for a knee not incline out to sides,try to rise a left leg, as more higher.
5.Leave such pose a few sec, till pause keeping after breathe in, look to front before itself.
6.On an ending leave left leg and return to back in tadasana, doing calm breathe out through nose.
7.Repeat in mirror reflection,dame with right hand and right leg.
As she helping for flexibility, mobility, strengthen muscles legs, breast, belly, spine,waist, as in radiculitis helps, belly and pelvis damage, as in a rise any of leg feeling ache, thus asana to left side avoiding doing till aches down.
