As on tv watched,that many adults left home and memory loosing,that they are not back again, that brain needing in oxygen, thus am walking more, and open windos, and on my table lie a packet with dry fruits, nuts, brain enjoy theirs, good is fish, and am enjoy for pleuronectes, as microelements in her are warming brain, and for two times/day eating one tea.sp. of sea cabbage dry, as iodine deficit is weak memory, and water also needing, in deficite here you are sence loosing, dizziness, and importance to select right carbohydrates,as sugar, fast splitting and not giving for memory and mind, but other are long splitting ,are bread, porridges, vegetables, they are giving energy for long time, thus am enjoy for eating oats poprridge, fruits, for three times/day walking with stick,as Nordic training, as blood circulation improving, and filling better for brain, he enjoy and and am walkinmg.
