Herb ledum, fl.sambucus nigra, leaves plantain, as mix all, chop,and one tbl.sp. mass ads in 300 ml. for hot water, infuse hour, filter, use one tbl.sp. for 4 times/day before meal.
As good expectorant of one tbl.sp. herb ledum ads in enamel pot,ads glass for hot water, close,warm on water bath for 15 minutes, cool for 45 minutes, press, lead till 200 ml. keep for two days.
