Am doing such exercises for hips, and sharing with you, as my buttock is tight, and hips slimmed.
As eating fewer sweets and for dinner eat a light meal till two hours a sleep.
1.Sit on the floor, move,as stepping with stretched legs and buttocks to front,back, as till 20 times.
2.Sit on chair with face to spine, take for her with hands,stand up, and to sit, do not sit on chair, doing till 30 times, as will strengthen a side and insise muscles legs.
3. Stand up, legs on a width a shoulders,slowly incline to the front, support with palms in floor, do not bend knees,relax spine muscles,stay for 30 sec. After slowly raise up, doing this till 15 times.
4. Sit,load alternately buttocks ,as good doing his at work, and home, for 5 minutes for three times/day..
Care doing these on veins damage, hips size low and buttocks you can with swimming, or sporty dances..
