As eating a warm meal, not very hot,and cold, and meal of milk-vegetable, with fruits, vegetables, and avoiding a lard, pork, sheep, canned fish, meat canned, and do not smoke,and drink alchokol,as till addiction.
For breakfast is before the meal a glass of juice carrot and potato, juice of lemon, and one tbl.sp. of glucose as ampule or powder.
Lunch is before eat one baked salt free,without a bread,spicy as two onion with peel, non sugar, meat as veal, chicken , rabbit, fresh fish.
Dinner is celery, walnut, chopped garlic, chopped walnut, one tea.sp. of sugar powder and 100 gr of sour milk, mix all,drink with 500 gr of boiled Turkish coffee, as of seeds , not diluting in water, as other coffee avoiding!
