Do not do it itself these,as ask a doctor, were will care with hot water, and in hypertension, high temperature avoiding. A baby inhalants doing since from 2-3 y,old for 5  minutes, on a knee a mother,as through tuber rubber on tea pot wearing ,for adult till 10 minutes, as closing head with the towel, inhalant in 5 minutes adding,for children in 10o minutes after water boiled, do not inhalant  over boiling water!
