1.Stay,legs on a width a shoulders,spine is straight, hands up, locked , inclines to right, left.
2. Stay, legs on a width a shoulders, straight spine, right hand stretched horizontally to side, left bended that a direction finger and big touching a right clavicle.Doing a turning move a body, more far, moving back a stretched hand, do not stop on an end of turning,return back, and doing turn in the other side.
3. Lie, support on hand, and legs toes, hips are on a weight,turn head and body to right, till a see a left heel, do not stop, return back, and repeat turn to other side.
4. Stay, legs on a width a shoulders, incline to a front, and right, hands behind a right heel put, look behind itself, repeat to left.
All exercises doing fast, from a right side beginning, repeats are 8 in an other side.
