Two tbl.sp. of dried yarrow herb ads into glass of boiled water,warm into infusing 3 hours, filter,apply the compress,or grease skin.

Horse tail three tbl.sp. of herb ads into glass of boiling water, infuse 2 hours, filter, same to use.

Verbascum thapsus two tbl.sp. dried flowers ads into glass of boiled water, infuse three hours,filter, grease damage sides.

Same cook,use of big plantain, levisticum.
 Hibiscus berries chopped two tbl.sp.ads into glass of hot water, infuse in thermos, for a night, apply compress  or grease skin,and drink of berry s tea for 4 times/day as 0.5 glass.
