Exercises are for muscles.
1.First muscle of pre shoulder for three minutes, with rope jumping for three minutes, walking for 3 minutes.
2.Back muscle of pre shoulder for three minutes, with rope same,walking same.
3.Waist belt for three minutes, jumping same,walking same.
4.Breast muscles and shoulder blades for three minutes,jumping same,walking same.
5.Buttocks muscles and hips for three minutes, jumping same,walking same.
Relaxing is 5 minutes,and all for 60 minutes.
