1.Rise bended hands before itself, fingers to spread more widen, and a rib of the palm to do a fast hits air along, for 10 times,and slowly leads till 100.
2. Same pose, spread in and out theirs.
3.To squeeze fist, and to straight in fingers, loading and fixing every joint.
4.Lay down palms and connect fingers, and keeping it, spread palms, and fingers spread wide till limit, stronger pressing theirs to each other.
5.One hand to massage other, with a big finger doing a circle moves, and slowly moving top hand along, massage every finger from an end till base, and wrist till ,as from a back and internal sides.
6. Stand up, and free with low hands to swing to right and left and to front-back.
