1.On a platform to put a right leg, rise on right leg on toe, at the same time putting to her a left leg,and to put both feet on the step.Again on toe to put a right leg, return left leg on the floor, after low a right, change leg and repeat same with left leg.Do not fast ,try to feel a load of calves muscles.
2.Put right leg on the platform, transfer her on weight body, raise left, bending her high in the knee, how you can, till level breast is ideal, and put leg on the step. Return back,as back sequence.

4. Stand up on a platform, remove right leg from platform before itself,to return on step, transferring a body weight,repeat exercise, change leg,and doing this with an other leg.
