Compote of rhubarb and apples.
Rhubarb stems, 10 apples, three l. of water, five tbl.sp. of sugar.
Wash stems,clean,chop, wash apples,clean, chop,add in boiling water all,sugar adding, cook 15 minutes on weak fire ,closing,adding cinnamon.
Exotic compote.
10 apples, bay leaf, 5 tbl.sp. of sugar,three l. of water.
Wash apples, clean, chop,add in boiling water,sweeten,add bay leaf, lead till boiling, cook 5 minutes, turn off fire, infuse 20 minutes.
Compote of dried fruits.
50 gr.prunes cleaned, dried apricots, dark raisin, dried apples, dried pear, dates,and 3.5 l. of water.
Wash fruits, add in hot water, cook 5 minutes on weak fire,close a lid, infuse.
Soon is holidays, just i think these recipes would be awesome to party, i will to cook of tune dishes and ants cake and you ?
