If coughing on night, use 1 tea.sp. before sleep, and still 1 on the  night, in strong cough use 1 tea .sp. on the morning as after waking up, before lunch, and on evening after dinner, in lowering coughing are lowering also reception numbers .Remedy benefit for adults, childrens!  And effectivity in cases, when other remedies not helping or bad helping.
