Such breath lowering pressure, 3–4 cycles for breath in and out and again check pressure, for one time to low pressure are more on 20–25 divisions are avoiding, if lowered on 7–10 units thus to repeat, if on 30–35 units use rest for 40 min, check pressure and if need repeat exercise. If tonometer showed arrhythmia ,thus after breathe out doing pause, delay breath on 30 sec, breathe in -out-rest. If pressure lowered stronger ,strain muscles of buttocks, pull in anus and delay on this position for 25 sec. Initial breath, after again check pressure. A rising faster, its a having lowering pressure till norm, and arrhythmia removing , or sometimes pressure 90/60 and arrhythmia showing.Thus, strain muscles by rise pressure till 140-145 and breathe in on 20 sec, breathe out on 20-24 sec are 3-4 cycles. A checked pressure, rest for 15-20 min, and repeat. All by feeling and tonometer stats. With stress am not ability fighting, pressure rising and arrhythmia displaying, and for 15-20 min of breath gymnastic and anus pulling in all are removing. And in learning breathing exercise by a feeling and stats you can slowly low dosages remedies, but if dr allowing!
