Am command, that BY STEPS ARE MARCHING! AM GOING IN MY FLAT, RISING UP LEGS.Its moderate for me a loading ,rising frequency for heart shortenings am feeling a warm, and sing melodies my favourite songs. Moderate physical loading in rejuvenating organism and not giving ageing. Am not over loading, that till a hard breathing and heaviness in breast, for me are 30 min of activity are enough. Very enjoying driving bicycle. Spinning pedals all are ability , if serious problems with joints are not having, am sinning pedals a lie, stay, sit. Driving bicycle improves feeding and metabolism all tissues, rejuvenating organism, rising mood, energy having, and to say always:I love a life!
