Hyssop helped me to breath.

20 y.ago am suffered from a hard chronic obstructive lungs diseases, hard breathed, inhalator not helped. This  is kept, till am found in vestnik  advice  by reader ,that to use must need herb hyssop. Am true thanks this person, tried this recipe and cried,that stopped dyspnoe, cough, asphyxia. Drunk his half years and very happy that cured, that on me are 67 y.old ,  and with my lungs are all is OK . Since this am taken hyssop for armament, he is growing now in my garden and every three years and refreshing his for planting.

Would be a happy, if herb helps you too , herb calling is blue hypericum, hyssop too lowering pressure, healing wounds, anti-inflammatory , collect this herb need for two times for season as to and in on the blooming. Be healthy, and strong in a cure!

Vestnik:We are repeating recipe of hyssop by Valentin offered from Mordovia, his mail, as my method against asthma am having , was published in vestnik for nr 12, 2003.

2 tbl.sp. of herb add in 0.5 l. of water, boil ten min, steam on weak fire for 7-10 min. Drink  by small gulps on 150-170  ml. for 3 times/day before meal, as 0.5l. /day , course are 10–12   days. For children to  8 years old an enough to drink on 100 ml for 4-5 days .
