Dangerouse combination.

 On my 82 y.old am having many chronic diseases and using a lot of remedies, a few are all time, a few are sometimes, but are they combing with each other? Could  be a few remedies avoiding mixing.

If you are using remedies at the same time, better talk with doctor  .Or attention by reading instruction  to the remedy, thus are a few remedies not combining with each other, and other having effecting substance, that causing bad side effects, which remedies avoiding using on a same time?

Paracetamol plus analgesics .

Against ARVD remedies having paracetamol, and lowering temperature and fighting headaches, if at the same time use analgetic and with paracetamol, you can rise  limit on paracetamol within a day, its a dangerous for liver, a small risk having if within a day use more ,than 7 gr of paracetamol, but 4 gr is enough.

Read instructions, pay attention on an effecting substance call, especially in much competent remedies, remedy called analgetic or anti fever and same paracetamol having, and in paracetamol having many synonyms are acetamifen, APAP, AC, ACETAM.

Against cold remedies plus anti histamine is against allergy.

And in remedies against cold are rinza, anvimax and other, and against allergy remedies entering anti histamine substances as suprastin, which lowering inflammation reactions as sneezing, tearing, side effect from histamine are weakness, sleepiness, and using both you are losing energy for all life, and avoid driving a car.

If you are using combine remedies against cold with anti histamine substances, avoid  remedies from an allergy or use remedies by second-third origin as zodac, eruius, telfast, which  less affecting on nerve system.

    Loperamid plus calcium.

 Against diarrhoea remedy is imodium or loperamid, which affecting on stool fastening, same effect having calcium, which having in supplements, at the same time using these remedies is an opposite effect having is hard stool.

In diarrhoea  ,thus stop use calcium, use loperamid, if doctor prescribed calcium, a few dosages passing is a not negativity affecting.

Aspirin plus ibumetin plus diclofenac.

On 50 y.old and older with cardiovascular diseases doctor advising using heart aspirin, he is blood diluting, and preventing forming thrombus, but lots using aspirin using and NSAID  as ibumetin, diclofenac are lowering aspirin effectivity, as in heart aspirin and in NSAID   having side effect on the stomach membrane, thus in constant both using they are reasons for erosions or stomach ulcer staying.

 If you are using heart aspirin, NSAID remedies use with intervals  for 8 hours, or not use. All these remedies use after meal, or under closing remedies , protecting  mucus membranes for stomach is omeprazole, but against aches helps paracetamol, which is not interacting with aspirin.

Warfarin  plus NSAID.

Warfarin is lowering blood coagulation, and prescribing in atrial fibration, in which in heart forming thrombus, but NSAID also effects having for lowering blood viscosity, thus both combinations is rising risk for dangerous bleedings.

If you are  need use warfarin , avoid analgesics using, better use in aches is paracetamol, he is good changing are NSAID.

Statins plus fluconazole.

Statins are metrenil, atoris, rozulip are using for lowering cholesterol, fluconazole is anti fungus remedy, against candida ,damaging for sex ways and mucus of mouth prescribing . Statins over manufacturing by liver s ferments, that are statins abundant in organism accumulation, satins are muscles damaging.

So as fluconazole using are by short courses on 1–2 days, thus on these times cancel statins and lowering meal with cholesterol, as red meat, eggs, cheese in ration to minimum.

Verapamil plus atenolol, metolol.

Verapamil and atenolol, metolol are beta blockers , they are using for heart pathologies, lowering frequency for heart shortenings, theirs combinations leading to a strong delaying heart beating as bradycardia  and into heart blockage, and worsening most to stopping heart.

Self these remedies avoiding using, if you are one and other separately, if Spector prescribed remedies these, thus control your pulse a few times/day as writing in diary, in bradycardia having as less,than 40 hits/min visit for doctor.

 Lisinopril plus captopril plus veroshpiron.

Regular check blood test on calium, calium meal limiting as bananas, lentils, parsnip, broccoli , Brussels cabbage, petroselinum , leaf salads, green vegetables.And ,  if you are using just one remedy is eating calium food just by measure as within a day are 150-200 gr.
