First help is washing.

 A month ago of strong wind for me are eyes covered with dust, removed good, washed by water and not visited doctor, red eyes are stayed and hurt. Am sure its ok, but in right eye keeping small discomfort in wind , under top eyelid ,something   feeling, like sand or small lash attached. Washing eye its calming, but in a few time again displaying, am think ,that eyes having pink shadow, than left, what is it? Please help.
