Am ,by advertisement in press bough special belt for slimming, that to help me a fat burn on my waist.And made of neoprene, especial material is not transferring a warm, as for sauna effect ,that fat on the side will be melted, waist staying narrowing. A logically sound, am wore this waist a few times/day by instruction under clothes , and visited fines for three times/week, or walked am wore under t shirt this belly. Am not share,that he strong helped me, belly, sides, spine are sweated strong, and weight lowered, but fat kept on the place. And am sure body mass fallen of moisturizing loosing, but a wore such belt lead to health problems.
1. In a few days redness displayed and skin irritation, and small pimples, and it's not a new, skin under belt is not breathed, swore glands clogged. Am greased belly and spine with cream, and decreased time for wore belt, and not full avoided.

A dangerous of winter thirst.
An usual share about a thirst and water failure in organism its reminds me a hot summer, yes,we are sweating, loosing water, her stocks need to restore. Thus , selling on summer cold drinks, ice cream are rising, and in walk we are put in pocket a bottle with water. A thirst on winter problem is left , am sure on cold is not need to drink, sweating is less, but its myths.Harmful for health, that moisturizing loosing on winter is much, as moisturizing of air at home, or fresh air is low. We are lost water with breath, not through a skin, so as we are drunk less , but over drying mucus membrane on nose and mouth, that lowering stability to infections. Suffering are kidneys, stones forming risk are much, than on summer, cystitis is of water failure in urine bladder forming stagnation and infections developing. Regular drink water, remember this rule. And not on frost, but at home or entering in place ,use a few gulps. When you are going for skies or walk in park, or forest, take a thermos with warm water or compote, and periodically drink it. And caffeine, sweet drinks, gas at room ,where on winter is very dry, that bad for skin , eyes, mucus.Use for bedroom a humidifier of air, and am found, that on winter easy breathing , better sleeping and skin less drying.
