1 tbl.sp. of herb add in glass of boiled water, infuse 15 min, filter, use one glass for 3-6 times/day  as for diuretic and against cough. 

Of Epilobium angustifolium L.

a ONE TBL.SP. of chopped herb add in glass of boiled water, infuse ten min, filter, use one glass for 3 times/day  in prostate increasing, or fermented tea of  leafs keeping in jar by layers  on the sun  for 3 hours, after remove from jar and dry. Use for cooking tea as fermented of or herb .

Of Epilobium  parviflorum Sch.DC.

Cook like of Epilobium Majus, Of flowers  not cook fermented tea!

Of Equisetum  arvense L.

One tbl.sp. of chopped herb add in glass of boiled water, infuse for 15 min, filter, use 1/2 glass for 3-4 times/day  for diuretic and urinary bladder inflammation.
