Vasiljevna and sleep.

 Such history shared my neighbour, name her is Valentina ,like my wife, but she is older, 75 years begun.

 As on the last time she lost hubby, hard lived, but happy, after funerals she is true depressed , lives alone, daughters are wives  for militaries are far.

One day on the nighttime she remembered, and cried, heart true cried, calmed remedies not helped, on the nighttime , two hours slept and all, sleep stopped, as from insomnia she is dejected.One day, visited her a friend Anna, as for tea ,they are talked, Vasiljevna shared about an own insomnia, Anna advised her a psychotherapeutist visit. Doctor    heard   her problems, and advices not take pills and not sleep, after visit his again. And on the night. She lied in bed and fight  begin with sleep, and in head entered  different minds, that after, they are confused, and she has fallen  in drowsy.And on the morning she is not understood ,how she is slept, doctor not advised it, and she was angry on itself. And on the next day VasilJevna not slept, sit in chair before TV , and knitted for grandchildren socks, after 12.00 all fallen from hands. And,  she again a good slept. And,  on the morning visited doctor, that shared, not used his advice, he smiled, and shared, that you can to sleep without pills.Your trouble has been in fear in not tom sleep, when fear removed, all are repaired.
