As in this book, as in my Clinique am trying noting ,that a base for healthy metabolism is a full value of meal, giving maximally nourishing appreciation , but discussing with patients a most matching for theirs a food,am again convinced, that peoples fear a not , that a not need .Hypnotized by advertisement and old dogmas, they are worsening a good condition of an own metabolism.
Am met with patients, which are never eating eggs as on a week, buying not fat curd, saving from cholesterol, and avoiding meat, causing cancer he is and rises cholesterol, but on this time they are eating sandwiches with Nutella , drink sweet sugar yogurt, buying baked food and benefit bars for snacks, eating macaronis for lunch and meal from Indian café for breakfast. Before sleep, they are drinking glass of wine for a better sleeping, eating a few crackers, chocolate or ice cream, and on weekend pleasure cocktails and fast food. But meat, eggs are not eating! Where is here logic? Importance to eat products stabilizing sugar level in blood, that they are preventing insulin jumps and with metabolism problems on the long-term perspective . These products are helping you a longer keeping saturating, lowering a over eating, and snacks between meal s eating ,that is importance goal in improving meal s habits. These products are having fewer carbohydrates.
