Realize an own in work, healthy life mode,which opinion in you?

 A what is healthy life?And,   in despite for medical education on 1950 ending and on beginning for 1960 am worked as doctor, and same advices  am not share, just specialist will be. Am true belief  for advices with medical exercises all are doing for morning, nobody smokes, drinks, but in ageing am though by other, that in my staying life, am rare sat, that am lost an interest to complexes for recovering mind, am long walking within a day, am stopped healthy runs, as here are having as narcissism , exercises for me looking ,like dogmatic doing polite - training ,when are right saying minds, but nobody thinking about this. Am stopped smoked, that on my teenager age am begun smoked, but thought, that is stupid and impotence occupation , but a lot are deciding  doctor s advices, hearing ability to theirs, but its not need,that in a country all smoking by whistle and  left with harmful habits, need to explain and by inside go to this need, but not  an  other  life. Am hating drunks, a, never has been  as drunk.
