And he asked a how to avoid this ritual?  A  true hard position, that other shaking your hand, and you are avoiding this ritual, you will be a not polite and others will offend. And explain it is, like directly is a better,as to select a right moment and to say, as for everybody addressing ,that shaking hands here cancelling, as we are many. And still a one question, too many time-shared in letters. As a one my worker beginning talking by phone an own family problems and its true bad, and hearing hard, and phone here is needing for business. And I don’t know a how approaching to the phone. A long private talks by phones are not allowing on the work time, they are taking a time, that who is close , and who is talks , but in all staying at office are distracting. And these speeches are need to stop , but on delicate form, adding prohibition on that chat by the common rule.
