Sometimes a help needing by parents, but its will be a not harmful, as schooler not doing lessons as self, if parents are not at home, thus waiting mum and dad from work on 18.00-19.00 , but here in schoolers are low work capacity for a doing exercises are going many times, quality of work is low, children's are tired faster. A better a put right time for doing lessons , as when, these are on 15.00-16.00 as to organised, attentively, self doing. Tired having in 30 min, 5-10 min physical pauses restoring work capacity, rising attention, interest to work. A schooler need to eat for 4 times/day, and a full value, and by kindergarten experience parents are sending schooler at school a hungry , that pay attention on the school breakfast, but children seating after second lesson, but to this time they are eating wanting, attention is weak, bad perceiving lesson,thus for morning schooler need eat hot breakfast . Sleep is need for 11-12 hours/day, and for 6 y.old needing a daily sleep, and who endured rheumatism, chronic tonsillitis sufferings, delaying in physical development, fast excitable nerve system.And , going to sleep on the same time , avoid before sleep to play in noise plays, gamblings, watching emotional shows, as walking, calming, reading books loud ,are best for calming children to sleep ready, and room good ventilate, or learn children sleep in opening window on any time of the year, a width air access and cool in room are on 18 C, will do sleep deep and calm.
