 Sorrel, rhubarb, spinach.

Avoiding in gastritis high acidity and stomach juice, stomach ulcer and small bowel.

As of having sorrel acid are washing out from organism calcium, that leading to his deficit and osteoporosis.

Hyppophae.

 Avoid in acute diseases of pancreas gland, liver, gall bladder, diarrhoea. Hyppophae oil avoiding using in acute pancreatitis, cholecystitis and hepatitis.

Mint piperine.

Avoid in low secretion of blood coagulation, , pregnancy, and small bowel.

 Ashberry red.

Avoided in high blood coagulation, stomach ulcer and small bowel.

 Rhodiola pink, ginseng, shizandra  are not benefit in hypertension of 2–3 stages, insomnia, high temperature.

Pregnancy in avoid in meal dill, petroselinum, celery, hyssop, garlic, rhubarb, currant black , inula helenium, cornflower, fragaria vesca, juniperus, hypericum, licorice, berberis, oregano.
