Darling-aspen.

 Am remembering years on my youth.At village  Starosondorovo am long time stayed in  grandma Anna, she has been a herbalist, we are together, with her grandchildren, prepared flowers different, roots.

  And lots of she knew from her friends,  spouses Valentina and Peter ,which visited her, and given  medicaments for her as iodine, Zelenka, bandages, remedies, but grandma treated theirs are fish pies, fish soup from  Sterlet. Close to her garden grew Aspens, preparing potato, digger potato, tired, and she said, that let s go children's to aspen, to get forces! And we are happy to run to her. Grabbed every tree an own and so are stood. In a few min, fatigues fought. Aspen is awesome tree , she helps from many diseases, and on autumn Anna asked for own sons  chopped theirs at forests on 1-2 circles-dies, and here not throws out. In grandma are stayed lots of fabric bags, and where are aspen twigs put with sawdust, after put under pillows, and said, that good helps in insomnia and nightmares. 

Her sons are fishers, and knitted nets, aspen circles put and sat  on theirs all evening, such therapy good helps in hemmorhod and ache spines, or to ache place put bag with warmed dusts, as worked and healed at the same time. And women's for night bags with warmed sawdust on the belly, that helped in women's problems, urine incontinence. If aspen die put to the head or gum, ache removes for a few min.

 Aspen bark grandma put in soup, he removes foreign smells, benefit for kidneys.

Ash of burned aspen mix with Vaseline,thus this ointment manufacture are skin parts, damages by eczema, grease for 2-3 times/day, and in wetted eczema damages parts sprinkle with ash.

 And used aspen sawdust grandma sprinkled in compost hole, twigs burned,after all threw away in garden for fertilizing.
