Keratoma as to cut or not cut?

Keratoma is common calling for a few kinds benign forming, which are displaying  in hardening top skin layers, especially on the open skin parts are hands, face, shoulders, are single or multiple spots, nodules, plaques with a rough surface, slowly increasing in sizes a growth, but they are not dangerous and in small sizes are spontaneously disappearing but in malignant tumors degenerating on 8-15 percent from them.

2. Nodule , on the places a pigment spots are forming small nodules without peeling.

3. Plaque , is like wart, elevating over surrounding skin, oval, or around form with peels/are brown/ on the surface.

4. Skin horn. And on the top of brown plaque forming a hard by touching an elevation, size on 1.5 cm.
