 At home am begun ready for cure, found copper plate, that copper need to be a clean, not an alloy , applied on the old pan with sand, or you can use salt, warmed on fire, put feet on the hot copper plate, and a place, where finding spur, but its hot, take  patience, and avoid burn, keep leg on plate till she is cools. Am used this cure for two times/day, for week, after am forgot about my problem, this recipe am shared with my relatives, friends, helped also.

Now am 91 y.old , will be a happy, if this tested recipe will help for other readers fighting a heel spur.

And a few years ago I  had ache hips and true hard walked, and stayed searched effective cure. And found. Am bought are ten fresh eggs, washed with soda good, dried. Added in sterilized jar with hermetic lid,am added are 8 eggs. After pressed juice of ten lemons as also good washed, filtered and poured over a full eggs. Closed with lid. Wrapped jar with foil and infused for 3–4  weeks, am checked, if juice is less added again. Dissolved a full for this time peel of eggs, am good mixed in jar containing and added 100 gr of honey, 150 ml. a good brandy, mixed again, and remedy is ready. Keeping his in refrigerator and uses one tbl.sp. in 40 min after meal  for 3 times/day till all ending.

 Joints now are not hurt, just sometimes on a bad weather on the nighttime are ache, but these are all trifles, on the spring cure to repeat.
