Very save, best and tested tea in stomach disorders and irritable bowel syndrome.
Add 2 tea.sp. of herb mint in glass of the hot water, close, infuse for 15 min, and on the tea surface you can see oil layer ,when a tea preparing.
If you do not close mint tea is on the cooking with lid ,thus a most benefit is mint oil is evaporating. Drink glass of tea before meal for 3 times/day, or use 1-3 drops of essential mint oil for 3 times/day, better drip under tongue, such oil will faster be sucking in blood and entering to stomach bowel, or bowel.
Home doctor comments: In a few patients, mint relax the muscle of sphincter between stomach and gullet. And of this acid entering from stomach in gullet and lead to heartburn. Especially if heartburn displayed. And not here take mint before sleep, oil mint is very concentrated and keeping far from childrens place. Overdosage an oil causing hard nervous problems, with cramps, as in childrens. And not use oil on pregnancy time, but mint tea is safe for pregnancy or children's.
Yarrow against gastritis.
Against gastritis is good helping yarrow as one tbl.sp. chopped herb add in glass for the hot water, infuse half hours, filter, use on 100 ml. for 3 times/day before meal.
Or use fresh leafs of yarrow washed good, chop, press juice, use one tea.sp. for 3 times/day.
And still good cure of flakes , as use any oats of, or millet, buckwheat, add clean milk, or sour milk, infuse 6 hours, add chopped dill, petroselinum, garlic, cilantro, and best matching for gastrointestinal problems.
