Fresh berries 3 glasses, sugar 300 gr, water 2 l, yeasts 5 gr.
Wash berries, add in ceramic dish, add sugar, infuse 12 hours.
Mix berries , add warm water, add sugar, yeasts, ferment for 12 hours, filter, infuse 2 days, drink after sauna.
Cranberry kvas.
Cranberry one kg, sugar 2 glasses ,water 4 l, yeasts ten gr.
Select berries, add in ceramic dish, chop, add water, cook ten min. Filter, add sugar, cool,add diluted yeasts, add in bottles, close, infuse 3 days.
Ashberry read kvas.
Berries one kg, sugar 2 glasses, water 4 l, yeasts 10 gr.
Scaled, selected berries put in ceramic dish, chop, add water , cook 15 min, filter, add sugar, cold, mix in diluted yeasts, close in bottles, infuse 3 days in cooled place.
Birch kvas.
Birch juice 10 l, yeasts 15 gr.
Juice birch warm till 35C, mix in yeasts, cool, add in bottles, close, infuse for three days on 8 C.
Heart kvas.
Adonis or lilly of the valley May glass, sugar glass, fromage one tea.sp, water 3 l.
Sugar and fromage dilute in water, add chopped herb in a good warmed clay dish, add received solution, ferment in warm place with oxygen access for 15 days, daily dose for kvas is 0.5 glass.
Lung kvas.
Inula helenium or viola tricolor glass, sugar glass, fromage one tra.spl, water 3 l.
Sugar, fromage dilute in water, add chopped root of inula, flowers, leafs or viola tricolor, as in a good warmed glass or clay dish, add infusion received, ferment in warm with oxygen access for 15 days.
Sudorific kidney tea.
Raspberry 2 glasses or jam, sugar glass, fromage one tea.sp, water 3 l.
Dilute sugar in water,add raspberry , fromage and put in 3 l. of jar, ferment same.
Sbitjen.
Honey 150 gr, water 2 l. sugar 100 gr, hypericum herb dried 0.3 tea.sp, pink 2 buttons, ginger powder 1/4 tea.sp, cinnamon one tea.sp.
Boil diluted one glass of water a sugar, dilute spices in water, boil 20 min, under lid. Infuse ten min, mix in sugar water, cool till 30C, honey add, mix.
