Dressing soups are using in diets for rational feeding and for diets nr 2, but meal here are chopping. For diets nr 4 and 9 dressing soups cooking on weak second broths. And on the cooking process are dressing soups not need theirs over boiling for vegetables , strong boiling, and keeping ready soup a more as one hour.
Borsh on meat broth for diets nr 2,4, 15
Beet, carrot, white roots shred, add in pot with fat, and cook in tomato purée till ready, mixing. Shred onion, fry in oil, adding bay leaf, fragrant pepper ,and add in vegetables. White cabbage shred, and put in boiling broth, add chopped potato, cook 5 min, adding stewed vegetables , and boil 15 min, and after dress with flour-fat fried mass, salt, sugar. Serve with pieces of meat, fromage, rubbing green.
Shi Russian. Diets for nr 9,15
Onion chop, and fry in oil, put chopped cubes on carrot, white roots, stew all till ready. Sauerkraut wash, press, chop, add in vegetables, add tomato purée, broth, lead till ready on closed lid. In boiling broth put chopped on cubes potato, cook 5 min, add fragrant vegetables and second time cooking on 15 min, dress with flour fried. Serve with pieces meat boiled and fromage.
Rassolnik fish.
For diets nr 2,4,9,15
Onion shred and fry in oil, after adding shredding roots and stew till ready. Cucumbers salted clean, cut on rhombus and separately cook in broth for 7 min. In boiling fish broth add potato, cook till ready, add after stewed vegetables, cucumbers with broth, pieces of boiled fish, fried flour and cook 7 min. Ready rassolnik dress with fromage and cucumber s brine. For diet nr 2 use are just cucumber brine not as salted cucumbers.
