Why my vision is jumps.

Why this is happening within a day? Am to see bright, but lost clarity for image.

By an own structure, eye is a hard optic device, a goal of which to transfer vision information till head brain.  And for an image will be bright, all optical eye environment are must   stay  is  transparent : cornea, lens, vitreous body.

And you can see,that after long vision work you can see worse ,and image is not bright, shap. Am advising you put time, add rests in work for ten minutes, look to far, to normalize accommodation.
