Thus am trying supporting my immunity, eating different meal, and my organism need in chicken meat, fish , fruits, vegetables, honey adding in curd, porridge, warm tea, cooking in thermos hibiscus drink, berries are rich with vitamin C, and eating citric meal sour milk products are too supporting my immunity.And am enjoying potato puree, sauerkraut with sunflower oil, green onion. Vitamin C improves metabolism, lowering cholesterol in blood, and good for my organism. And still are nuts, my favourite are walnuts, hazelnut, almond ,they are very useful and taste. I need to stay healthy and first of all a strengthen immunity, he is a best friend for us, as in viruses fighting.
