On my childhood am often sicked, we are affected on hungry war s years, and after we are evacuated on Ural for strengthening organism, am begun exercises done and hardening. By radio exercises offered ,and am done theirs, swam in lake till frosts, poured over from lake on winter, and on evening winter used skies. And after school am learned for industry equipment, and in our basement am used sports hall for training and every morning am run. At army am woke up on 5 am, and kept run. After am repaired plumbings, hard worked in Uzbekistan, hot till 45C, but here am not stopped run, woke up on cool time as on 4 am and run for 6 km. After am entered in other work in railway depot, kept run to 6 km.
Now on my 80 y.old am never smoked, not remember where am last visited hospital, at my shed manufactured my sport s hall, using shoulder expander, dumbbells, horizontal bar, barbell. Am keeping here doing exercises, and trying to run an on winter when is ice keeping on the roads. Mobility by me changes any remedy, and remedy any not changes a mobility. Mobility remove stress, and diseases from organism.
