 And on summer on and   hot are sleep problems beginning, and these are my simple advices. On a morning is exercise, walk, better sleep between sun sunset and midnight, sleep with an open windows. Before sleep take warm bath, drink glass of hot milk with tea.sp. of honey  .  For sleep are helping a calm, silence, sleeping music, and lie with head on North, not over eat, sleep with smile and wake up with joy. And when am fractured hand am used tested remedy of 8 gr mumio add 180 gr of honey. And to begin mummio mix in one tbl.sp. water and infuse at room for 16 hours, he is dissolving. After added honey, and mixed good. Use one tea.sp. for 2 times/day before meal for week. Am used three such courses with rest for month.Bone tissue grew together good and strengthened. And  when am fallen on damage hand on latest winter, just injury attacked me.

2  years my fingers are numbness on a left and right hand, till am begun greased with dimexide and apply compresses.Dimexide is allergical, thus before test his on skin.Am applied his on the skin, if ok stayed, am rubbed my fingers , after elbows when they are numbness.
