Peoples often me asking a how on my 50 y.old am looking healthy and young. Happy, and energy. Am lost my mum from cancer and my twin sister after dead. Am living for mum and sis ,that needing doing this, happy staying , am interested in other peoples, not adding rumours, staying sure in future.Love my relatives, which entered in my life. And healthy life mode keeping. On a morning drinking sour water of lemon juice a spring water, chew propolis pinches of peas size, drink fresh pressed juices as of carrot, pumpkin-carrot, beet, apple with ginger as one to 3 plus small piece of fresh ginger , eat royal jelly milk , ambrosia are 2-3 pieces, pollen 0.5 tea.sp., one tbl.sp. of honey/day.Meat, sugar, baked of raffinates, sugars , flour am not eating, am eating 3 handfuls of walnuts/day or pumpkin, or sunflower seeds .And of stewed apples shaking in blender purée with honey, seeds chia, prunes or, figs, cleaned, washes, walnuts or sunflower seeds adding boiled water and honey. On an empty stomach, sometimes taking cedarwood oil one tbl.sp, or amaranth oil ,which am self cooking.
Sometimes am germinating rye, buckwheat, seeds of sunflower , millet, flax, to mince meat, adding poppy and honey, and slowly eating. If you want eating sprouts not sweet, to mince meat mass adding chopping tomato, with garlic, dressing with flax or other non raffinate oil and curcuma, that spicy is a good cancer preventing.
And on summer for preventing drinking chelidonius juice and burdock of. Am enjoying salads of wild herbs as of podagraria. Meal is on 70 perc raw, eating lots of apples with seeds.On winter are dried mushrooms, nuts, sprouts, frozed berries, dried fruits. Am enjoying soaking apricots, sauerktraut, salads of winter vegetables. And in soup for spicy add roots of petroselinum dried, celery, adding dried roots of burdock, herb cudweed, tubers of artichokes, powder of dried mushrooms.
Preparing herbs for tea cooking. On winter drinking tea of mixture are mint, melissa, horse tail field, leafs of black currant, firweed, lofant , filipendula, hyssop, leafs of fragaria, hyppophae on different mixtures. Enjoying taking baths with herbs , as infusion of chelidonius and sea salt. Drink flax kisel, oats infusion with honey. If a need am taking fatty fish , raw yolk. Listen an own organism, he will prompt what a need, and sometimes enough are two walnuts or three apricots for lunch, plate of shredding carrot salad with sesame seeds mixing, for dinner and spoon of cedarwood oil, and pollen for breakfast. And long walks on fresh air is importance need for our organism. Joy for relatives and itself, stay care and be happy my dear friends!
